隱私權政策

商機海巡（Haixun，以下稱「本服務」）是一套社群聆聽工具，協助商家了解自己的品牌與所屬產業在公開社群上的討論。本政策說明我們處理哪些資料、如何處理，以及你可以行使哪些權利。
一、我們處理哪些資料
1. 你（使用者）提供的資料
- Threads 帳號授權後取得的公開個人資料（帳號 ID、使用者名稱）
- 你自行填寫的商家資訊：產業、服務內容、地區、品牌名稱
- 你設定的監聽關鍵字
2. 透過 Threads 官方 API 取得的公開貼文
本服務僅透過 Meta 提供的 Threads 官方 API 取得公開貼文，不使用網頁爬蟲，不繞過任何存取限制，不取得非公開內容。取得的欄位限於：
- 貼文 ID、內文、發布時間、永久連結、作者公開使用者名稱
我們不取得電子郵件、電話、私訊、位置座標或任何非公開資料。
二、我們如何使用這些資料

三、我們不做的事
- 不代你發文、留言、按讚、追蹤或發送私訊。所有互動皆由你本人在 Threads 上手動完成。
- 不建立貼文作者的長期個人檔案，不跨貼文追蹤或重新識別特定個人。
- 不販售、交換或提供資料給第三方。
- 不將貼文內容用於訓練任何模型。
- 不進行自動化行銷或大量訊息發送。
四、保存期限

五、資料存放位置
本服務的資料儲存於新加坡的雲端伺服器。資料不會儲存於中國大陸境內的伺服器。
六、你的權利
依台灣《個人資料保護法》第三條，當事人得就其個人資料行使下列權利：查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集處理或利用、請求刪除。
本服務使用者可直接於介面內執行上述操作，或來信要求。
非本服務使用者的移除請求
若你是 Threads 使用者，發現自己的公開貼文出現在本服務中並希望移除，請來信告知該貼文連結，我們將於七個工作日內自系統中刪除，且不需你註冊任何帳號。
七、Cookie
本服務僅使用維持登入狀態所必要的 Cookie，不使用第三方廣告追蹤 Cookie。
八、政策變更
本政策若有修改，將更新本頁最後更新日期並於服務內通知使用者。

Haixun is a social listening tool that helps businesses understand public conversation about their brand and their industry.
Data we process
- From you: your Threads account ID and username (via OAuth), your business profile (industry, service, city, brand name), and the keywords you choose to monitor.
- From the Threads API: public posts only — post ID, text, timestamp, permalink, and the author's public username. We use the official Threads API exclusively. We do not scrape, do not circumvent any access control, and do not obtain non-public content. We never collect email addresses, phone numbers, direct messages, or location data.
How we use it
Matching public posts are shown to the single business owner who configured the keywords, with an intent label (question, comparison, complaint, general discussion) to help them decide whether a reply would be useful.
What we do not do
- We never post, reply, like, follow, or send messages on a user's behalf. Every interaction is written and sent by the user, manually, on Threads.
- We do not build persistent profiles of post authors, and do not track or re-identify individuals across posts.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer data to third parties.
- We do not use post content to train any model.
Retention
- Posts saved by a user: until removed, or within 30 days of account termination.
- Unsaved search results: 30 days maximum, then deleted automatically.
- Account and business settings: deleted within 30 days of account termination.
- Operational logs: 90 days.
Storage location
Data is stored on cloud servers in Singapore. Data is not stored on servers located in mainland China.
Your rights
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, data subjects may inquire about, review, obtain copies of, correct, restrict processing of, or request deletion of their personal data.
Removal requests from non-users: if you are a Threads user and find your public post in our service, email us the post link and we will delete it from our systems within seven business days. No account is required.
